I did Maraya’s hair in a twist out like mine & we love it! Check it out:
Before & after! Like it? I love it! I did it myself and I think I’ll stick with this for a while. I started working out last week and I need a style that will work with me.
Plus, it’s simple! I just twisted my hair in sections all over, put rollers on the end, and tied it down. When you take it down this is what you get. No heat is necessary. This is a winner.
Got these new beauty products today and I’m pretty excited! The flat iron is not as expensive as my last one but it is Bed Head and it’s also tourmaline ceramic like some of the top notch ones are. It was only $25.99.
The mask is a facial brightening mask by Freeman. They are pretty good and it was only $3.46! This is my first time getting this kind but I have used their other facials.
Last but not least I’m finally trying out hope in a jar by philosophy! Philosophy is a line that seems to really focus on good care for the skin. I’ve heard good things about it but it’s pretty expensive! I finally broke down today but I purchased the little travel size and it was $15 for 0.5 fl. oz.
I ‘hope’ it’s worth it! I’ll definitely update you on everything! 🙂
Before we even spoke he said he knew I was different. He knew I worked at being unrelated to average and ordinary. I asked “How?” He said #1 your haircut.
The haircut gave it away.
Fashion, hair, and clothes give us a way of expressing ourselves. People get an idea of who we are and what we stand for by simply looking at us. Don’t get me wrong, we should not judge a book by its cover, but let’s use our style to work for us and not against us.
Express yourself and show the world a piece of who you are. Don’t mislead them. Be different, stand out, stop blending in. Change your hair, color it, cut it. My motto with hair is now “It’s Just Hair.”
Change your wardrobe, change it up, buy something you wouldn’t normally wear. Go thrift shopping. Go to a store you don’t normally shop at.
Do something to show them who you are. You are different. We’re all different. Do something different. Be beautiful.
I wanted to share pictures of my new, fun manicure! Little things make a big difference, and I felt like doing something different!
I’ve been focusing on getting my natural nails healthy so I’ve ditched the artificial nails! I may occasionally get them, but not consistently like before. Manicures don’t last as long as artificial nails, but at only $10 ($5 more for french tip) you can’t cry to much!
I really enjoyed this look- it was different, bright and fun! 🙂
