Change is Inevitable: Respect It & Move On

Life is full of change.  Things change, situations change, relationships change.  When change occurs, we must respect it & move on. Often, we want to understand the change- We ask why.  We may resist the change- We try to force.  We want to deny the change- We attempt to move on as if things are the same, knowing inside that they have changed. Why is it so hard for us to respect it & move on?   Change is inevitable.
